Matt Gies, Director of Sales and Operations

Matt is the Director of Sales and Operations at Moves for Seniors. Matt is responsible for all sales, operations, and client support activities, initiatives, and processes. For the last decade, Matt has been on a mission for seniors and their families in the senior care industry to support them with high-quality services. From positions in senior living concierge to business ownership in the moving industry, Matt’s personal and professional goal is to make transitioning through care simple and less stressful with innovative relocation programs and services. Before joining the Moves for Seniors organization, Matt founded a relocation services company within the senior housing industry called Rent-A-Grandson (RAG). 

On an off day, Matt enjoys his quality time with family and friends, going to Philadelphia sporting events, or fishing at a local lake. He also coaches his younger brother’s sports teams in the Greater Philadelphia area. Matt considers himself a “history geek” and often visits historical museums and landmarks across the country.

Angela’s mission is to help seniors. She started in high school as a server at a senior living community and has worked in various senior living environments ever since. Her goal is to be a friendly and trustworthy advocate for her clients and provide guidance. When not in the office, she spends time with her loved ones or snuggling up with her pup and watching a movie.

Ellen has played an integral role in senior transitions, serving as a liaison between communities and seniors. She currently lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia and uses her free time to travel, cook, and binge-watch Netflix series! She also spends quality time with her husband, twin boys, and her fur babies Muffin and Banjo.

Laura brings 25+ years of healthcare experience specifically in-home healthcare with agencies like BAYADA and Interim Home Healthcare. From her experience in client services to key account management, Laura brings with her a passion for senior advocacy and support. She excels at getting to know her clients and assisting them with important life changes, which she considers to be the best part of her job.

Savannah started her career in Senior Living 16 years ago and has been mastering it ever since across many types of jobs. Working for MFS has allowed her to build community relationships while supporting seniors and their families during these life-changing transitions. In her spare time, she spends likes to go to the lake or river with her two amazing kids Brayden and Harley.

Manager of Operations, SE Region

Blake is based in North Carolina with his wife of 13 years and 2 kids. He came to MFS in 2020 to provide quality care to our seniors, vendors, and communities. He spends time with our partnered communities to learn how MFS can better help them meet their incoming seniors’ needs and bring in new, high-quality network vendors.

Client Services Manager

Emily works closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition for each customer. Her favorite part of the day is connecting with customers to make sure they are prepared for their move and have all the info they need. In her free time, she loves to travel with friends and family. This summer, she will have traveled to at least half of the states in the US!

Gina Holsopple

Manager of Operations, NE Region

Gina resides in the Philadelphia area with her husband of 26 years and 3 sons. With over 10 years of experience in facilitation and moving services, she works closely with the entire team to provide assistance to seniors, their families, and the communities. She prides herself in her ability to sort out any situation with a smile. In her free time, Gina enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and going hiking with her dog, Tuck.

Jesse Rainone

Operations Manager

Jesse lives with his wife Shannon, a CPA, and their baby son Jackson in West Chester, PA. At MFS, Jesse oversees the operations team. A normal day for him is sending requests to our vendors, placing jobs, and setting up onsite consultations. His goal is to select the best vendor for every senior move based on the needs of the senior and their community.

Operations Coordinator

After finishing a Supply Chain Management degree at Temple University, John joined the TSI and MFS Operations Team. He partners with our senior move specialists to match service solutions with customers’ needs. When John is not working on your move, he can be found hiking, planning camping trips, or hanging out with his cat.

Kim Tapscott

Partner Services Coordinator

Kim, the “model move queen”, has been with MFS since 2015 and works daily with community partners to service model moves, resident transfers, and other internal relocations. Kim and her husband Doug live in Caln Township with their 2 dogs Teddy and Bella. They have two sons and two grandchildren and love to go camping with friends in their 40-foot diesel pusher.

Client Services Manager

Madeline joined MFS in July of 2020 to support sales and operations. She strives to provide the best quality care to seniors as they downsize and move. Madeline also has a passion for music, holding a Bachelor of Music in Classical Voice from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, and a Master of Music in Musical Theatre Performance from NYU. Next up… Broadway?!

Todd Shrager

Director of Vendor Development

Todd joined MFS in 2018. He spends his day managing vendors and confirming arrival times for senior and community moves. He also supports the MFS Operations department in building out our network of high-quality service partners. When he is not on the job, he is a follower of Philly sports, current events, as well as spoiling his 15-year-old cat named Dude.

Roberta Reilly

Product Manager

Roberta joined our team in 2021, focused on Facilitation and Organizer Services. She had a 21-year career in Healthcare IT and now hopes to bring solutions and calm to our seniors by offering services to help organize, downsize, pack/unpack, and settle in during this life transition. In her free time, she enjoys competitive tennis and time with her family, including her fur baby Brody.
