Situation: A one-week freeze in January 2024 caused burst pipes and flooding across communities in CO, TX, and MO.
Solution: At several communities across 3 states, MFS’s Operations team provided same- or next-day service from local labor and moving teams. We moved furniture from impacted areas to alternative spaces, relocated resident furniture and belongings (onsite and offsite), and removed trash and debris.
